This appeal under Section 260A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 hasbeen filed against the order dated 28.04.2014 passed by the Income TaxAppellate Tribunal, New Delhi in I.T. (SS). A No.101/DEL/1998 for theblock period 01.04.1986 to 14.08.1996.
2.Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has receivedverbal instructions in terms of Circular No.24/2015 dated 31.12.2015 towithdraw the present appeal. A prayer was made that liberty be granted tothe appellant to move an application for revival of the appeal is somethingsurvives therein.
3.Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
