1In all these appeals, the penalties levied under Section 271(1)(c) of the Income Tax Act 1961 were deleted on account of
the deletion on the quantum addition made in the respective Assessment Years. Appeal filed by the Revenue against the order of the Tribunal deleting the quantum addition has been dismissed
by us today. In these circumstances, these appeals filed by the appellant against the order of the Tribunal cannot be sustained. Accordingly, appeals are dismissed.
