This writ petition was presented on 27.05.2013. On the sameday, office pointed out three very minor defects. No efforts weremade to remove the defects for petty long time. On 24.02.2014,the writ petition was listed before the court but none was presentto pursue the same. Even then a week’s time was granted to doneedful. No steps were even thereafter have been taken to curethe defects though twelve further opportunities were allowed tothe petitioner.
It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter,therefore, no efforts have been made to remove the defects since27.05.2013. The same is dismissed for want of prosecution as wellas in default.
