Both the above Applications arise out of the common order passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal for the Assessment Years 1976-1977 to 1981-1982. It appears that with regard to the some Assessment Years the Revenue had filed Income Tax Applications which have already been dismissed for want of removal of office objections as far back as on 2nd March, 2004. Till date the Revenue has not taken any steps to get the said order set aside. The Revenue seems to have accepted the said order. In view thereof, both the above applications stand dismissed.
