Taking into accountthe facts stated in the affidavit in support, we proposeto accept the cause shown for condonation of delay.Notice of motion is therefore, allowed and the delay infiling the appeal stands condoned. Office to number theappeal and list the same for admission.
2. Though we have condoned the delay, the appellant isdirected to remove the office objections, if any, withinfour weeks from today failing which appeal to standdismissed for non prosecution without further referenceto the court.
