Due to various unforeseen situations, the litigation work was taken over from the Ministry of Law with effect from 1.12.2005. The file was returned on 15.12.2005. The same was sent to panel counsel. The draft appeal was received on 13.2.2006. There was some time taken for getting the court fees which were made available on 17.4.2006. Hence, the appeal was filed on 25.04.2006.
