The appeal being ITXA No.1157 of 2008 pertaining to A.Y.1999-00 challenging the present impugned order has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 14[th] October, 2008 holding that, since the matter was remanded back for reconsideration, the appeal involves no substantial question of law.
