He submits that first issue sought to be raised in this appeal was also raised in Income Tax Appeal No. 1097 of 2007 between the same parties. The said appeal came to be disposed of on 1[st] August, 2008. So far as the another question is concern, it relates demand, no substantial question of law is involved in the matter.
