Appellant Vs. Shubhakaran G.Bajaj .. Respondent Mr.N.A.Kazi for the Appellant. None for the Respondent. CORAM :- DR.S.RADHAKRISHNAN & S.J.KATHAWALLA, JJ. CORAM :- DR.S.RADHAKRISHNAN & S.J.KATHAWALLA, JJ. DATE : 7th August, 2008 P.C. P.C. 1. Heard Mr.Kazi, the learned Counsel for the Appellant. These Appeals were admitted on 16th October, 2004. However till date the Appellants have not taken any steps whatsoever to serve the Respondents. When these Appeals came up for final hearing on 24.7.2008 Mr.Kazi had undertaken to file vakalatnama on behalf of the Appellants and to serve the Respondents. Today, Mr.Kazi candidly admits that the Respondents could not be served till date as the Appellants did not have any copies of the memo of Appeals. Even though these Appeals were admitted long back on 16th October, 2004 the Appellants have not taken any steps to serve the Respondents. Hence all the aforesaid Appeals stands dismissed.
