DATE : 16[th] JUNE, 2009 P.C. : 1.Heard learned counsel for the revenue. He fairly states that the tribunal has taken similar view in the case of Madhav M. Mariwala. He further fairly states that so far as Madhavi’s appeal is concerned, the same is already disposed of by the Division Bench of this court vide order dated 28[th ]April 2009 in Income Tax Appeal (L) No.553 of 2008. Following similar order, appeal of Mr.Madhav Mariwala was also came to be rejected. Photocopy of earlier orders referred to above is taken on record. 2.In this view of the matter, present appeals are also liable to be dismissed for the reasons recorded in that appeal.
