Mr.J.D.Mistry with A.K.Jasani, for Appellant.
CORAM: D.K.DESHMUKH & J.P.DEVADHAR, JJ.DATED: 18TH July, 2008.
P.C.:-
1.Heard the learned Counsel appearing forappellant. We find that the Tribunal has found thatthere is no material on record to show that there isa contract even alleged for payment of interest, andtherefore, in our opinion, no fault can be found with
the reasons that have been given by the Tribunal forrecording the finding. Therefore, we do not see anyreason to interfere. Appeal is rejected.
