CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI &
A.P. BHANGALE, JJ. MARCH 03, 2015.
Heard Shri Parchure, learned counsel for theappellant and Shri Bhattad, learned counsel for therespondent.
These appeals arise out of common orderdated 05.01.2009 delivered by the Income-Tax AppellateTribunal (I.T.A.T.) in three matters. Third appeal i.e.Income Tax Appeal No. 36 of 2009 has been dismissedby this Court on 29.10.2010. It is, therefore, apparentthat the questions sought to be urged are already lookedinto and found without any merit on 29.10.2010. Assuch, the present challenge is squarely covered by thatadjudication.
Accordingly, in the light of orders dated29.10.2010 in ITL No. 36 of 2009, the present Appealsare also disposed of. No order as to costs.
