this Notice of Motion, the Appellant is seekingcondonation of 376 days delay caused in filing theabove Appeal. Perused the Notice of Motion andAffidavit-in-support thereof. The only reason givenfor the said delay is, that due to delay in draftingthe Appeal, the Appeal could not be filed in time. Weare not at all satisfied with the reasons given. No
sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay.
Hence, the Notice of Motion stands dismissed.
