1. The challenge in this writ petition by the Revenue is to an order dated 26[th]July, 2011 passed by the Authority for Advance Ruling (Income Tax) (AAR) in AAR No.858-861 of 2009. The point sought to be urged is covered against the Revenue by two decisions of this Court concerning the same Assessee - the first dated 24[th] December, 2010 in ITA No.703/2009 (Director of Income Tax v. LG Cables Ltd.) and the other dated 30[th] September, 2011 in ITA No.707/2011 (Director of Income Tax v. L. S. Cables Ltd.).
