Ramasubramanian) This is an appeal filed by the Revenue under Section 260A of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The order impugned in this appeal is consequential to the order passed arising out of the revision. That appeal has already been dismissed by this Court by an order passed today in I.T.T.A.No.103 of 2017. Therefore, the present appeal, as a consequence, should also be dismissed.
