1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has assailed thejudgment and order of the Central Administrative Tribunal dated12.5.2017 whereby the Tribunal has granted stay in favour of therespondent.
2.Subsequently because of the non availability of DivisionBench in the Central Administrative Tribunal, the matter forvacating the stay could not be considered on administrativeground as six posts are lying vacant at Jodhpur.
3.In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that ifapplication is moved by the petitioner immediately before CentralAdministrative Tribunal, Jaipur, same may be heard and if bench is
not available for Jaipur, the Registrar Central AdministrativeTribunal will immediately transfer the case where bench isavailable. If application is proceeded the same will be expeditedand transferred within a week.
4.With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposedof. The stay application also stands disposed of.
