1.We have noticed that Mr. Prem Jha has not been appearing formany matters. Even in this matter, he did not appear yesterday. As hashappened in the past, Mr. Sankalp Sharma appeared for Mr. Prem Jhatoday. We were initially inclined to dismiss the petition but purely byway of indulgence, deferred the matter to be listed today.
2.Mr. Sharma states that he will file Vakalatnama within a weekfrom today under advice to Mr. Akhileshwar Sharma and undertakes togo on with the matter on the next date. Undertaking accepted.
3.For yesterday's and today's adjournments, petitioner to pay a sumof Rs.10,000/- to High Court Legal Aid Fund, AccountNo.60045304283, IFSC- of Bank of Maharashtra,Branch - Fort, Mumbai 400 032, maintained by the High Court LegalServices Committee, Mumbai, Room No.105, 1[st] Floor, PWD Building,High Court, Mumbai and to furnish the details of such cost to the HighCourt Legal Services Committee, Mumbai and obtain the receipt thereofphysically or through Email, i.e., , which shallbe the proof of such payment / deposit. This amount shall be paid before
