He submits thatinadvertently, the order dated 25.08.2021 shows thewithdrawal of Interim Application No.1889/2021. Hesubmits that same be corrected accordingly. 3Considering the submissions made by the learnedcounsel for the Applicant and the praecipe dated25.08.2021 given by the advocate for the Applicant, thefollowing order is passed: a.
