This order shall dispose of writ petitionNos.173365 of 2011 and 17370 of 2011, pertaining toassessment years 2005-2006 and 2007-2008. It is by learnedcounsel for the petitioner that the arguments in appeal for theassessment year 2005-2006 have been concluded on15.9.2011 whereas the arguments in respect of the
assessment year 2007-2008 are fixed for arguments on14.10.2011.
Though, learned counsel for the petitioner hasvehemently argued for modification of the earlier order ofpayment of the due amount in installments but keeping inview the entire facts and circumstances of the case and factthat the petitioner has complied with the order of payment ofinstallments, we do not find any modification is required inthe said aspect of the order but we do hope and expect thatthe decision of the appeal for the assessment year 2007-2008is pronounced expeditiously preferably by the end of October,2011.
