Challenging the order passed py the learned.singie Judge in dismissing the writ petition, the writ.petitioner has filed this writ appeal. |
2. The learned single Judge came to the view.that the impugned order in the writ petition is
appealable before the Commissioner of Income Tax
(Appeals). The same is sought to be challenged
herein.
3. On hearing learned counsels, we do not find|
any merit in the appeal, as an alternative and
efficacious remedy is available to the appellant.

efficacious remedy, the Writ Appeal is dismissed on
