Ramachandran Nair, J.
Heard counsel for the appellant and Standing Counsel forthe respondent.
2. Having regard to the contentions raised, some
modifications in the conditional stay order is required.Accordingly, we reduce the payment from 1/3[rd] to Rs. 40 lakhs,as condition for stay, which shall be paid in two equalinstalments, first instalment on or before 30[th] April, 2012 and thenext instalment on or before 31[st] May, 2012. The appeal filed bythe appellant shall be disposed of within three months from thedate of deposit of second instalment.
Writ Appeal is disposed of as above.
