DATE :- 08[th] April, 2014 P.C.: 1Despite the Supreme Court order transferring a Writ Petition filed by M/s Simplex Infrastructures Limited and another to this Court for adjudication being Writ Petition No.1106/2010, when it was displayed on the daily board along with pending matters for admission the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners states that he has received instructions to seek leave of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. 2Though the Writ Petition was originally filed in the Kolkata High Court, but having regard to the order passed by the Honourable Supreme Court and it being transferred to this Court for disposal, we grant this leave. The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such. The Registry to make a report containing this order and transmit it to the Registry of the Honourable Supreme Court.
