The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the degree holder in Bachelor of Dental Surgery. It is further submitted that the respondent no.3 have issued notification dated 21.07.2022, calling for applicants for filling up of 24 posts of ‘Food Safety Officer’. It is further submitted that the educational qualification of ‘Degree in Medicine’ is mentioned as one of the qualification, but the Degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery is not been considered as a degree in Medicine and he apprehends that his application may not be considered particularly in view of the fact that there is a litigation with regard to the letter dated 31.12.2021, of respondent no.6.
Learned counsel for the 2[nd] respondent seeks times to get instructions in this matter.
