ORDER: ( per the Hon’ble Sri Justice A.V.Sesha Sai)
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Smt.M.Kiranmayee, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, that appeal has already been filed before the appellate authority and the petitioner can be permitted to pursue the said appeal in accordance with law.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition may also be permitted to be raised in the appeal pending before the appellate authority.
Recording the above submission, leaving it open for the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the appellate authority for consideration of the same by the appellate authority, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
