these petitions. Both petitions are permitted to bewithdrawn. However, respondent No.2, before whom therevision applications are pending, is directed todecide the revision applications as expeditiously aspossible, in any case, within a period of four weeks
from the date of receipt of writ of this order. All
contentions are kept open.
