.Heard learned respective counsels. It is a dispute aboutthe assessment of the income tax return and TDS deductedagainst the compensation received for acquisition of land. Thepetitioner has a case that he has filed return and claimed refundof TDS in time. However, it was not decided. His appeal hasbeen remitted for assessing the return.
2.The petitioner is seeking directions against the respondentNos. 3 and 4 to assess his return. In view of the facts of the case,we allow this writ petition and direct the respondent Nos. 3 and 4to assess the return of the petitioner within three (03) monthsfrom today.
