This Writ Petition is filed assailing the assessment proceedingspertaining to the Assessment Year 2010-11.
This Court, by order dated 30.04.2013 directed the Revenue notto take any coercive steps against the petitioner subject to itsdepositing a sum of Rs.20.00 Crores on or before 10.05.2013 and afurther sum of Rs.20.00 Crores on or before 10.06.2013.
It is now stated by the learned counsel for the Revenue that theappeal filed by the petitioner against the subject assessmentproceedings has been disposed of by the Commissioner of IncomeTax (Appeals) – I, Hyderabad, under the order dated 06.02.2015. Acopy of the said order is also placed on record.
In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition does not survive forconsideration and is accordingly closed. The interim order dated30.04.2013 shall stand vacated. The amounts deposited by thepetitioner pursuant to the interim order shall abide by the result of theappeal or any further orders passed thereon.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also standclosed. No costs.
