representations and telegrams submitted by the petitioner society complainingevasion of tax by the several persons and also collusion of the officers concerned inthe Income Tax areas of Proddatur, Nandyal, Kadapa, Hyderabad which is not onlyarbitrary but also contrary to the public interest and loss of revenue to theGovernment and consequently direct the R-1 and R-4 to pass appropriate orders onthe representations submitted on 5-4-2004 and on 29-12-2003 by making a detailedprobe and also by taking the cooperation of the petitioner society into the taxevasion amounting to lakhs of rupees, and to submit action taken report (ATR) to thisHon'ble Court within the stipulated time.
