ORDER
The learned counsel for petitioner files a memo wnich
reads as follows:
“The petitioner numbly prays that this|Hon ble Court may be pleased to permit tne}petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition as not pressed since the application filed by the|petitioner under tne VIVAAD SE _ VISHWASCHEME nas been accepted by the respondent|and in view of the same, the above writ petitiondoes not survive for consideration by _ thiHon ble Court in the interest of enquiry and!justice reserving liberty to revive the above writ|petition, if need arises."
