Learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw thiswrit petition with leave to avail such remedies as may be available to thepetitioner in law.
Sri Y. Rathnakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, explains that such arequest is being made by the petitioner in view of the fact that the appealpreferred by the petitioner against the impugned order has been heard onTuesday
i.e. 13-09-2005 by the appellate authority and the orders are likely to bepronounced.
The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with leave to availsuch remedies as may be available to it in law.
The Writ Petition shall accordingly stand dismissed as withdrawn withoutany order as to costs.
