1Since the final assessment order dated 2[nd] June 2021 has been passed,which is impugned in this petition, when the proceedings before DisputeResolution Panel (DRP) is still pending, Mr. Walve in fairness and oninstructions states that the final assessment order, which is impugned in thispetition, could not have been passed in law. Mr. Walve states that the saidassessment order dated 2[nd] June 2021 and the notice of demand dated 2[nd]June 2021 both be set aside and the revenue be permitted to take such stepsas advised after the DRP disposes the objections filed by petitioner. Mr.Walve states his instructions are also to express regret for the inconveniencecaused to this court as well as to petitioner. Accepted. Order accordingly.
