1.In the light of the Minutes of the order dated 07/12/2009 placed on record by the parties to the petition thereto, the order dated 18th September, 2009 rejecting the objections raised by the petitioner stands recalled and the respondents are directed to pass fresh order in accordance with law by dealing with the objections raised by the petitioner. In the event the order passed is adverse to the petitioner, then, the same shall not be given effect to for a period of 4 weeks from the date of service of the order to the petitioner.
