The simple prayer of the petitioner is to issue adirection to the Appeilate Authority/ National FacelessAppeal Centre to decide the appeal preferred by thepetitioner under Section 246A of the Income Tax Act, 1961(hereinafter referred to as, "the Act"), instituted on20.O5.2021 against the assessment order dated22.O4.2021 passed by the faceless authority. 3.
