ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
(i) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing bearing order the ITBA/COM/F/17/2024-25/1068894292(1) No. dated 20.9.2024 passed by the second respondent vide ANNEXURE F.
(ii) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order by way of email communication dated 28.5.2024 sent by the first Respondent directing petitioner to deposit 20% of the demand vide ANNEXURE P.
(iii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or a direction in the nature of mandamus staying the recovery proceedings till the disposal of the appeal filed before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), National Faceless Appeal Centre vide ANNEXURE B the nature of mandamus staying the recovery proceedings till the disposal of the appeal filed before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), National Faceless Appeal Centre vide ANNEXURE B

2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, submits that the present petition may be disposed of directing the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), National Faceless Appeal Centre to dispose of the appeal within a stipulated time frame.
3. Submission is placed on record.
4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits / de-merits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), National Faceless Appeal Centre to dispose of the
appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
