Maamu Vani, learnedcounsel for the petitioner, has not disputed thatagainst the inaction of respondent No.3, her clienthas remedy of two appeals under sub-sections (1)and (3) of Section 19 of the Right to InformationAct, 2005. As the petitioner has not availed theseremedies, I am not inclined to entertain this WritPetition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition isdismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to avail thesaid remedies before invoking the jurisdiction of thisCourt under Article 226 of Constitution of India.
