Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and examined the order impugned, undoubtedly, petitioner having filed an appeal said to be pending before the second respondent, must await a decision in that appeal and in the interregnum, it is needless to state that the respondent – Revenue shall not precipitate any action over recovery of the money due for the assessment year 2004-05.
