L.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, afterarguing the matter for some time, submits that the|petitioner may be given four weeks’ time from today to rectify the defects in the Income Tax return filed by him for|tne assessment year 2008-09. Learned counsel! submits thatthe petitioner would voluntarily visit the office of respondent|no.1 and would rectify tne defects in the Income Tax return. —
