Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that for the following relief this petition was filed : It is submitted by Shri Agrawal that in the reply the respondents have stated that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner as the appeal preferred by the petitioner is still pending and in view of the stand taken by the respondents in the return, petitioner be permitted to withdraw this petition. Shri Lal has no objection if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition on the aforesaid ground. In view of this, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs.
