A copy of the said letter is taken on record and marked “X”. 2.The writ petition is accordingly dismissed, as withdrawn. It must be noted that this matter was mentioned out of turn and the petitioner had not appeared. 3.This order is subject to anything to the contrary that the petitioner may state.
