By this petitions, the petitioners are challenging the order dated 28th/29th January, 2008 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax rejecting the objections raised with regard to reopening of the assessments. The order does not deal in detail with the objections raised by the assessee. - = : 3 : = - 2. Learned counsel for the respondents very fairly states on instructions from Shri G.U.Ingole, the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Central Cirle-32, Mumbai, who is personally present in the Court that the said order will be withdrawn immediately and a detailed order containing reasons for the objections raised by the petitioners will be passed on or before 15th May, 2008. 3. We make it clear that in the event if the order is adverse to the interest of the petitioners, the same shall not be given effect to for a period of 4 weeks thereafter. 4.
