For Petitioner : No appearanceFor Respondent : Mr.A.P.Srinivas, Senior Standing Counsel, Income-tax DepartmentORDER Record of the proceedings show that an order of interimstay was granted by this Court on 01.03.2017 directing thepetitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.14,00,000/- (Rupees FourteenLakhs Only) within a time frame. 2.The learned standing counsel for the respondent submittedthat the conditional order has not been complied with. When thecase came up on 14.06.2017, time was sought for, to produce theproof of payment of the said sum of Rs.14,00,000/-. In the lasthearing, no such proof was produced. The learned StandingCounsel appearing for the respondent Department submitted thatin the last hearing, there was no representation on behalf ofthe petitioner. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed fornon-prosecution and the order of interim stay is vacated and thepetition in W.M.P.No.5318 of 2017 stands dismissed. No costs.
