ORDER
Counsel for the petitioner graciously states at the outset that he has filedrepresentation for the nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, hence,prays for consideration of the same by the competent Authority.
In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to interfere in the instantpetition. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may request to the concernedAuthority to decide the representation. This court hopes and trust that the sameshall be dealt with in right prospective.
