At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, thelearned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that hewould pay 25% of the amount demanded, said to be due from thepetitioner, as income tax, to the first respondent, within a periodof six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. the petitioner making such payment, the attachment of thepetitioner's bank account in Bank of India, SSI Branch, Tirupur,shall be raised and thereafter, the appeal shall be disposed of bythe second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within aperiod of eight weeks, thereafter.
