the petitioner Company for the assessment years
1999-2000 and 2000-2001 respectively. Mr.Jasani seeks
to withdraw these petitions. Both the petitions are
dismissed as withdrawn.
2. It would be open to the petitioner to make
their submissions before the assessing officer on
merits and thereafter before whichever forum they are
required to move to adjudicate the matter.
