1.Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that since the passing of the order by this Court on 21 April 2010, necessary steps have been taken by the respondents and the grievance of the petitioner has been met. In the affidavit filed in reply, it has been stated that steps have been taken to ascertain the identity of the officer who has failed to give effect to the order of the Tribunal. Learned counsel for the Revenue states that two Officers have been identified. It has been stated in paragraph 7 of the reply that necessary disciplinary action shall be initiated against all officers
concerned.
2.In our view, since the grievance of the petitioner has been met in view of the affidavit filed by the respondents, it is not necessary to pursue this proceeding any further. No further relief has been sought by the petitioner in this proceeding. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
