Heard Mr.Patil in support of the petition.
Mr.Kotangale appears for the respondents. Petitioner
has been issued with a notice in the matter of tax
recovery in the case of one Roopchand Jain and auction
of certain flats which is supposed to follow in case no
satisfactory explanation is made. The petitioner is
expected to file his say. Mr.Patil submits that the
officer concerned is pre-determined. We cannot presume
so. Petitioner should file reply. Right now, it is
not occasion for the Court to interfere. Petition
dismissed in limini.
