In this petition the petitioner has challenged the order dated 26.09.2011 (Annexure P-1) passed under Section 127 (2) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 by the Commissioner of Income Tax-I, Indore transferring the petitioners' cases from I.T.O. 3 (1), Indore to ACIT, Central Circle 24 & 26 in the charge of CIT, Central-II, Mumbai.
Learned counsel for the petitioners placed on record an order dated 17.08.2012 passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax, Indore transferring the petitioners' cases from ITO-3 (1), Indore to ACIT-3 (1), Indore.
