Chandraiah) These two writ petitions are filed questioning the same orders dated 23.04.2001passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal refusing to grant stay in S.P.No.25/H/2001 inI.T.A.No.709/H/98 dated 23.04.2001 for the assessment year 1994-95 andS.P.No.27/H/2001 in I.T.A.No.67/H/99 dated 23.04.2001 for the assessment year 1997-98respectively. 2. This Court while admitting both the writ petitions, granted interim stay on 15.05.2001,as prayed for in both the matters. 3. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for thepetitioners in both the writ petitions would submit that during the pendency of these writpetitions, the appeals before the Tribunal itself got disposed of after hearing both the partiesconcerned. In that view of the matter, the present writ petitions have become infructuous. 4. Recording the said submission, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
