Aggrieved by the order dated 02-01-2007 in O.A.Sr.No.2532 of 2006 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal,Hyderabad Bench, the unsuccessful applicant therein filed thepresent writ petition. The order of the Tribunal reads as follows:
“Party in person and the learned counsel for therespondents are present. The Registry has raised someobjections on the ground of maintainability of this O.A. We findthat this application has been filed questioning the order of thisTribunal dated 14-10-99 and 10-03-04 in O.A.No. 289/99 & 150/04respectively. As per rule, judgment of this Tribunal cannot bequestioned before the Tribunal by way of filing another O.A. O.Ais therefore not maintainable and ordered accordingly.”
