The learned Government Pleader, upon instructions, submitted thatthe said appeal was dismissed for default on 2.1.2007 and the order wasdespatched to the petitioner on 2.4.2007. In view of the above position, thepetitioner may work out its remedy against the said order. It is ordered thatfurther coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P4 will not be taken for a period of 30days from the date of receipt of the appellate order by the petitioner.
